When the name of the restaurant was Ajito, I went there to eat curry several times, but this time I visited for the first time in a while for the purpose of tom yum pho. It seemed like two groups of 3 or 4 customers had just entered the store, and the salad was served first, but my tom yum pho arrived after more than 15 minutes of ordering. The rich soup contains not only coriander, but also onions, bean sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, shrimp, and the main dish, pho. The spices are also quite authentic, from what I can tell, it's the cilantro, lemongrass, and bay leaf. , ka, chili pepper, etc., making this a very delicious soup with a moderate spiciness. It's a shame that the pho was too soft, but I avoided the spices and finished it all. I finished the soup and was full, and my body was warm.
