お取引先との会食で訪問した居食屋です。
大宮駅東口を出て左折し、賑やかな通りをしばらく行った先のホテルの地下一階にお店があります。
店の入口には大きく店名を書いた看板とオススメのメニューのボードが用意されていて、すぐそれとわかります。
丁寧な出迎えと明るい雰囲気のお店。
話を聞けば、中々予約の取りにくいお店であるようです。
地元のお寿司屋さんが経営しているお店ということで、コンセプトは「すし酒家」、メニューも刺身を中心に魚料理が並びます。
お酒は魚がメインということもあって、日本酒の品揃えに力が入っている印象ですね。
いただいたのは福岡の繁枡。
甘みとすっきりとした味わいに特徴があります。
〆にはお寿司もいただいて、大変楽しい会食のひと時となりました。
