駅近ってこともあり15時からの営業でしたがすでに賑わってました
メニューには薩摩地鶏・八幡浜港直送鮮魚・玉子・有機野菜使用と記載されておりこだわりを感じます

◎九州地鶏と言うことで焼き鳥は外せないと思い色々食べたかったのでアラカルトでオーダー
ねぎ間・むね肉・せせり・つくねはタレ・トマト串は塩で注文
どの串も美味しかったですが軟骨入のつくねが特に好みでした
○霜降り馬刺し
馬肉にも力を入れてるみたいで霜降りなので柔らかく脂も乗ってて美味しいです
○鳥の唐揚げ
外はカリッと中は身がプリップリで歯応えあり美味しかったです
身が大きくて食べ応えあります王道な唐揚げって感じですね
◎地鶏もも肉とむね肉のたたき2種盛り
薩摩地鶏のもも肉とむね肉を食べ比べできます
もも肉は『コリッコリ』っと歯応えがありむね肉はあっさりしっとりしてました
どちらも食感を楽しめます
◎チョコレートパフェ
グラスに入った小ぶりのパフェを想像してましたがプレートにケーキが3種に真ん中にチョコレートアイスのプレートでびっくりしました
ボリュームあります♪
