The couple utilizes their experience as Italian Cuisine and French cuisine chefs here in Saitama, and specializes in homemade guanciale and bread made with Italian ingredients, as well as Tuscan and Roman cuisine. Of course, we do not skimp on the desserts either, and will serve you with all our heart, ensuring that you are satisfied until the end.

All of our vegetables are made with organic vegetables, with the cooperation of farmers with a history of 400 years. We have everything from Japanese vegetables to European vegetables. Of course women! Children can enjoy it with peace of mind.
DrinkThere are also Ikeda wineries that have won various awards in Koshu! it's recommended.
Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture, is home to the largest vineyard in Japan. Ikeda Winery, which produces Koshu wine, produces barrel-aged wines that are surprisingly transparent. We also carry Koshu sparkling wine, which is rare among Japanese wineries. Please come and try it at our store.

We are particular about the design of the dishes, and use Scandinavian-style plates to complete our dishes. Among them, we had Izuru Ceramics from Bizen, Okayama Prefecture make our original wine cups, using a new Bizen pottery created by two young potters from the prestigious Yamamoto family. I would like you to taste the wine.

Pastry chef Saki Kamiki went to France after working at the one-star French Restaurants "Mona Lisa" and "Nouvelle Ale," where she trained at the three-star Restaurants "Taillevent."
