今日は大宮にてご挨拶。
夜も更けて8時すぎ。。お腹すいたぞ、、でそごうさんのレストラン街に。
なぜかと言いますと、クーポン券を店内でいただきまして、、せっかくなので活用しようと。
各階の喫茶やレストランで割引してもらえるようです。
閑話休題。
いつも奥まっていて静かなゾーンであまり行かないところにイタリアン風のお店があったはず、、で訪問。
ディジュリエッタさんといい、どうやら壁の穴の系列らしい。と見ると、美味しかった秋限定メニューをやっている！
これを食べよう、と着席。
平日ということもあり、私ひとり苦笑。申し訳ない。
限定パスタにセットがつけられ、ドルチェ、サラダ、ドリンクと行けるようでしたが、ドルチェはいらんので、サラダとドリンクを。
待つことしばし。
まずはドリンク黒烏龍茶とサラダが到着。
シャキシャキサラダにアンチョビの塩加減がいい。
ワインに合いそうな、、笑
と、しばらく時間をおいて、、ようやくパスタが到着。
秋鮭と舞茸といくらに明太子。もちもちパスタにぴったりでおいしい。
しかも濃厚になりすぎないざっくり大根おろしポン酢風味がたっぷり。
秋鮭も、食べ応えある程よいひと口サイズ。
たっぷり舞茸は大きめにさいてあって、香ばしく焼いてあり、これまたいい。
前にもいただいてしみじみしていたのですが、チェーン店さんなのに、このクオリティを全店しかも昨年と変わらず提供できてるのは、すごいかも、、と感心。
お店の方も丁寧な応対で美味しくいただけました！
