メニュー：刺身盛りのみ予約
埼玉県へ初訪問。
海のない埼玉県で美味しい魚料理が食べれると聞き予約して訪問しました。
予約時にお刺身の盛り合わせを注文しておくと
その日のおススメの魚を仕入れておいてくれるとのことでお願いしました。
おススメの魚だけあってほんとに美味しい魚たち。
大型にイワシの塩焼きや生牡蠣、白子焼きなど
どの海鮮料理も想像以上に美味しいです。
一番驚いたのは骨せんべい。
魚の骨の素揚げですが、いろんな種類の魚の骨が入っているので
美味しいだけでなく、味や食感の違いが楽しめて面白かったです。
これは、沢山の種類の魚を扱っているお店ならではのメニューなので
売り切れていなければ、是非食べていただきたい一品ですね。
