1階の入口手前でメニューを確認。日替りは鰺フライ タルタルソース。ランチはご飯、味噌汁、サラダ、香の物、アイス、ドリンク付き。
階段で2階へ。入店すると人数確認の後、席へ案内、メニューを受取り本日の日替りと焼き魚の説明、最後にお店のお勧めの海鮮丼をプッシュ。お客さん全員に同じ説明をされてましたが、決して押しつけがましくなく好感の持てる接客です。
2階に上がる前に、丼ぶりではなく平皿に盛られていた海鮮丼の写真を確認していたので、真っ先に候補から外していました。まさかイチオシだったとは。注文は日替わりの鰺フライ1.000円を。焼き魚はブリの塩焼きでした。
サラダとウーロン茶が配膳。鰺フライはまだ時間がかかりそうなのでサラダを先にいただきます。
食べ終え、暫くしてメインのご到着。
タルタルだけかと思ったら、ソースと塩も一緒。3種で味わうアジフライ。
残念な事に、付け合わせのキャベツにはドレッシングがかかっていないので、千切りキャベツをアジフライ用のソースに付けながら食べるという、なんだかマヌケな食べ方に。
何も付けずにアジフライを頂きます。ふっくらな身、サクサクの衣。ソースいらずの美味しいアジフライですが、先ずは塩を付けて。
粒の大きな塩、舐めてみるとミネラルが豊富、まろやかな塩味。岩塩なのか海塩かは判別がつきません。付けて食べてみるとアジフライの美味しさが引き立ちます。これは良い。
続いてタルタル。美味しいタルタルですが、アジフライにはタルタルは合わないと思っている私の考えが変わる事はありませんでした。
魚に拘りがありそうなので、アジフライに合うオリジナルのタルタルを頂けるのかと期待したが普通のタルタルでした。
普通じゃなかったのが味噌汁。言われなければ味噌汁とは気づかない位の濃厚な魚介スープです。
最後に葡萄のソルベを頂きごちそう様でした。
