日本酒原価酒蔵さんは、日本酒を原価で楽しめる居酒屋さんです。
入館料1人490円を払えば、全国の日本酒約50種類が原価で楽しめます。
しかし、この日のお目当ては日本酒ではなくお寿司。
期間限定で、本格お寿司の食べ放題が楽しめるとあって、予約して訪問しました。
当店の系列店には、SUSHITOKYO81、鮨一、鮨あさひなどの寿司店があり
お寿司のクオリティは心配ありません。

☆本格寿司食べ放題（1人90分2,950円）
オーダーはアプリをダウンロードして、自分のスマホで行います。
食べ放題の内容は以下のとおり。
生本鮪、生本鮪炙り、活〆カンパチ、カンパチの幽庵漬け
活〆真鯛、ごま漬け真鯛、イカ、イカの炭塩のせ、
〆鯖、炙り〆鯖、煮穴子ゆず風味、サーモン、いくらサーモン、炙りサーモン
つぶ貝、蒸し海老、蒸し海老雲丹醤油、いくら、鮨屋の卵焼き
本マグロミニご飯、本マグロミニとろたく丼、ミニ海鮮ご飯、いくらのせミニ海鮮ご飯
お寿司のシャリは、こだわりの赤酢を使用しています。
ネタも新鮮で握り具合もちょうどよいです。
お寿司の種類はそれほど多くはないけれど、おいしいお寿司に大満足です。
これは、日本酒もすすみそうです＾＾
お酒好きな方は、より一層満足感が高いかと思います。
大宮駅からすぐの繁華なエリア、南銀通りを奥へ奥へ進むとお店があります。
地下にあるお店ですが、店内は天井が高く、地下であることを忘れてしまうくらい開放感があります。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、気の合う友人とゆっくりお酒を楽しみたいときにおすすめです。
