以前、錦糸町にあるお店を利用したことがあり、大宮にも出店したことを知り、トライすることにしました。大宮の南銀を歩くこと数分。ホテルレッツと同じビルの地下にありました。
少し古いビルでしたので不安におもいましたが店内は明るく清潔感に溢れていました。口開け直後でしたがすでに数組のお客様がお酒を楽しんでいました。
この日は、大七、いっちょらい、森の風、十四代、讃岐クラウディを、珍味3種とポテサラで堪能しました。十四代は本丸と中取りの二種類を楽しむことが出来ました。
酒のレベルは当たり前ですが、つまみや接客も良くてまさに日本酒好きの秘密基地みたいな雰囲気です。定点観測して行きたいと思います。
