車で通りがかったときにランチの幟を見つけて後日に訪問しました。
大宮駅からは離れているのですが、お昼は近くの方で賑わっていました。
Wコロッケ定食、ロースカツカレーを食べた時のレビューです。
Wコロッケ定食のコロッケは紅ずわい蟹クリームと牡蠣クリームで贅沢なクリームコロッケです。
サラダ、冷奴、小鉢(ポテトサラダ)、果物もついてきてお盆の上は賑やかです。
コロッケは衣がザクザクで中はトローリしていて揚げたてで火傷しそうなくらい熱々です。
先に紅ずわい蟹クリームコロッケで蟹の風味と甘みがありました。
次は牡蠣クリームコロッケで此方は濃厚な磯の香りとミルクと牡蠣の旨味が合わさって濃厚なコクを出していてすごく良かったです。
ロースカツカレーのランチでは辛さが選べて中辛にしてもらいました。
サラサラのカレーにカツをぶっ込んで食べ進めました。
カレーが最初は甘口だったの？と思わせる甘さの後にガツンとスパイスの辛さが伝わって、食べ進めるごとに辛いと感じます。
生姜などの香味野菜とナッツなどをミキサーで粉砕している様な複雑な旨味と刺激を受けました。
口の中がhotで冷奴と甘い玉子焼きがよい箸休めになりました。
多くのお客さんがカレーを頼んでいたのでハマる美味しさだと思います。
