清月さんで食事した帰り、偶然見つけた此方のお店、先ずは事前リサーチ、ご主人は和食出身、カレー専門店から居酒屋に転身したそうで、期待が高まります。
平日の11:40頃に到着、未だ準備中のプレートが出ており、7分ほど待っての入店です。
予め決めて来てはいるものの、念のためお昼のメニューを確認、やはり予定通り、スタミナ生姜焼きカレーを注文します。
10分ほどで配膳、大きなお皿に溢れんばかりにカレーがたっぷり、小さいながら付け合わせも色々、味噌汁も全てが美味しそうです。
何から手を付けるか悩むほど、とりあえず大好きな春雨サラダ、そしてミニ奴、薬味も乗って手抜きなし、文句なく美味しい。
温泉たまご、以前は生姜焼きの上に生卵を乗せていたらしい、とりあえずキープしてメインのカレーライスに行く。
此処のカレーはスパイシーでサラサラとの何人かの投稿、今日のはスパイシーな上にフルーティー、コクもあるし、ややトロみも感じる。
恐らく、摺りおろしたリンゴやジャガイモ？！を使っている、何処となく馴染みのある味、極上の旨み。
厚みのある豚ロースの生姜焼き、濃いめの味付けでもカレーと喧嘩することなく、スタミナとしてカレーを盛り上げてくれる。
近くにあったら週一で食べたいくらい、イヤー旨かったぁ！
