あたらしく出来たお店
個人的に「完全個室」などの名には全く反応しない私がいます。
シチュエーションとか使い勝手をアピールしているので、美味しい出会いの可能性が低いと思ってしまうからです。「相席」とかもそうですし、今は少なくなったと思うのですが、コンセプト居酒屋？学校のような内装や料理名や提供法とか、病院やお化け屋敷や監獄のようなシチュエーションのお店ですね。
たまたま、流行ったのがすでに年を取っていたってのもあると思いますが、興味は全くなかったです。
トハイエ。
ランチ営業されているので利用してみることにしました。
何とも言えないエレベーター。到着。
靴脱いで入るお店。自分で下足箱に預けて入店。
水ぬっる。
ランチは刺身盛り合わせなど少数精鋭。
お刺身三種盛を選択。１２００円。
その他、牛タン塩焼き。手造りさば味噌煮。手造り豚角煮。炭火焼縞ホッケ。
？蕎麦セットメニューに「寺泊抹茶割子蕎麦セット」なるものがありますが、新潟県の「寺泊（てらどまり）」でしょうか？
不勉強で申し訳ありませんが、そこでは抹茶蕎麦もしくは割子蕎麦が名物なのでしょうか？
どちらのお店とかか教えていただけないかな？私の経験では、新潟県内で抹茶蕎麦も割子蕎麦も名物にしているところはないです。寺泊と言う地名が出雲地方にもあるのかもですね。
コーヒーが飲み放題です。これはすごいか？
あまり経験した事ないです。
しかもなんか種類豊富。
折角なので普段は飲まないコーヒーに挑戦です。
勝手知らず入り口に設置してあるコーヒーメーカーでアイスコーヒーを選択。
コップわからず透明なプラスチックを選択。液晶にて選択タッチ。しばし待っていたら、先に氷を入れるんだと案内あったが後の祭り・・・わーい。
なるほどね・・・すごいな。マシンは無料提供みたいですね。
席に戻り、水にも氷入れようかな？と考えていたら到着。
ご飯とあら汁はおかわりできるそうな。
あら汁はアッツアツ。いいですね。
刺身は海老・サーモン・マグロ。２切れづつ。
寂しいな。
でも、香味に関してはまずまずです。ご飯おかわりできるとは言え、刺身が少ない。
小鉢もおひたしちょっぴりなので、私には難しい。
そもそも、おかわりする気なかったですけどね。
そんな経験をしてみたお店です。
