Mitsuse Chicken from Saga has the tender, fine meat quality you'd expect from a red chicken, and a flavor that comes from its special feed. It's a brand of chicken that's not widely available in the Kanto region, but we're so enamoured with its deliciousness that we ship it directly to you. Please try our special Grilled skewer! We also have a variety of rare cuts, such as white liver, tsunagi, abura-tsubo, rib, and fillet, which are all delicious! The white liver in particular has a richness similar to foie gras, and is highly recommended◎
