It was a little early, but I was wandering around Minami Ginza Street to have dinner and found this restaurant! It's on the second floor of an old multi-tenant building. I saw two people in their 30s just entering and they were talking about alcohol being served, so I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and went in. I was a little nervous, but when I entered the store they took my temperature and gave me alcohol disinfectant, and it wasn't too crowded, and it wasn't crowded if I was sitting by the window. It is safe if the room is separated by curtains. Cheers is malts, but draft beer tastes different in the mouth! Looking at the menu, I saw that there was quite a lot of food, including Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, Cow tongue, and Chinese food.I felt like drinking more than eating, so I ordered a few things. The avocado wrapped in Prosciutto is topped with powdered cheese, giving it a more Western feel. The perfectly ripe avocado and the salty Prosciutto are delicious. The salmon carpaccio is probably an adaptation of sashimi. It would have been nice if the dressing had been a little more creative. The shrimp mayo was large, but there were only a few, so I tried not to fight with them as I ate them. I found a Chinese menu on a separate sheet of paper and ordered Gyoza / Dumpling, and even though it was fried, the fried Gyoza / Dumpling was extremely delicious! The Chinese menu here may be quite good. A premium highball fair was held. There aren't many Japanese staff members, but a woman who seemed like a newcomer worked hard and I wanted to support her. It was a good impression to see him covering up the unfamiliar parts with a smile, not hiding what he didn't understand, and checking things properly! Communication can make a big difference in the impression of a store, so I hope they will continue to do their best.
