さいたま市の大宮にある鮨やハレの日に行ってきました＾＾
ここは和食料理屋です。
大宮駅の東口から歩いて3分ほどの
商店街の中にあるビルの5階に入ってます。
食べ放題にも関わらず個室ということにまずビックリしました♪
基本的に注文は卓上に付いているタッチパネルで行うので
他のお客さんに遭遇することもないです。
そしてお店が賑やかな割には提供スピードが早いので
久し振りに全体的な評価が高めになっています。
食べ放題なので基本的には自分が好きなものを1貫ずつ
チョイスできるのですが、
天ぷら盛り合わせという人気商品がひとまとめになったものを
食べ放題で選択することができるので満足度が非常に高いです。
私が好きな天ぷらがかぼちゃなのですが、
非常にサクサクしており、揚げたて感が非常にあったので
恐らくバックヤードで揚げてからすぐに提供しているのだと思います＾＾
食べ放題なので何個も食べたいところですが、
主食が寿司で苦しくなると非常にまずいので
天ぷらはほどほどにして寿司に移行です。
ネギトロやトビッコといったネタは感動する味ではなかったのですが、
赤身や中トロといった高級ネタに関しては
新鮮さも感じられ、分厚く、味も濃かったので大正解でした。
このクオリティで食べ放題は経営大丈夫か？と疑うほどでしたが
いざ食べ始めてみるとそんなに食べられないのでうまくできています。
そしてドリンクについてですが、
静岡にある小柳津清一商店というお茶屋さんの商品を扱っており、
玄米抹茶や焙じ茶、知覧にっぽん紅茶、オーガニックあずき茶と
飲み放題ではありえないくらいのラインナップでした。
個人的には知覧にっぽん紅茶が美味しく感じました。
紅茶は紅茶なんですが、砂糖が入っているのか
ふんわりと甘く感じ、ドリンクバーにあったら
永遠に飲み続けられる自身があるほどです。
期間限定メニューの注文や1人1皿までしか注文できない
その日の特選刺身セット、味が濃いめの杏仁豆腐と
最初から最後まで満足できたお店でした。
また…いや絶対次も行きます！
