カジュアルなコース料理で楽しくワインをいただきました。
前菜盛り合わせ
イタリアのオレンジワインに合わせて、鶏レバーのムース、豚肉のリエット等をいただきました。
鶏レバーのムースと豚肉のリエットとのワインの相性が良かったです。
イタリア産カルナローリ米を使用したリゾット
ピノノワールに合わせました。
隠の要素が強いピノです。
リゾットはチーズが絶妙に効いています。
ファッソーネ牛の炭火焼き
カリフォルニアのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンに合わせます。
赤身で、肉の味がしっかりします。
ワインと一番良いペアリングでした。
クリームブリュレ
グラッパに合わせます。
このクリームブリュレはたまりません。
焦げ目と甘さが巧妙です。
大宮の穴場的お店だと思います。
