与野駅東口から、すっかり住宅地に変貌した赤山通り商店街を抜けて産業道路沿い、以前は日本料理屋さんがあった場所にできた個人経営のお寿司屋さん。
ランチタイムに訪問しました。
平日昼過ぎ、天然木の立派なカウンター6、7席と、掘りごたつ席2席のコンパクトな店内に先客2組。
お店には働き盛りの大将が厨房に、スタッフがフロア担当でいらっしゃり、親切な対応で安心です。
メニューはランチタイムメニューがあり、日替わり寿司9貫＋いなりが1100円。海鮮ちらしが1200円、ばらちらしが1300円など。
海鮮ちらしをお願いしました。
ミニサラダ付きです。
サラダにはアボカドが入り、高級感があります。
海鮮ちらしが到着。赤身2枚、生エビ、サーモン、ネギトロ、マスかな小粒のイクラ、白身、卵焼きが美しく盛り付けられています。
身がそれぞれ新鮮で甘みもあり、赤身は厚切りで渋みもあり、美味しいです。わさびもよく効ききます。
ご飯がしっかり量があり、食べごたえがありました。
味も値段もとても満足しました。
築地や海沿いなどの海鮮丼より上品でリーズナブルだと思います。
