与野駅東口から少し歩いた産業道路沿いに新しくオープンしたお店｢鮨 とぐら｣さんに行ってみました
開店時間少し過ぎに到着、先客2人
店内はカウンター席が6席と小上がりに座卓が2卓、コタツ式です
注文は｢海鮮ちらし＋ランチビール｣@1,200＋400、味噌汁、サラダ付き
先ずはビール、ランチビールは少ないですが喉にしみます
そして目の前で海鮮ちらしを盛り付け、出来上がりです
マグロの赤身が美味しそうです
他にサーモン、シメサバ、イカ、エビ、イクラ、ネギトロ等
イクラは小粒な鱒イクラみたいです
みな新鮮で美味しい！
ご飯はもちろん酢飯、量的にはまずまず
美味しい海鮮ちらし、ごちそうさまでした
接客も丁寧です
