24年2月に開店したばかりのお店ですが、4月上旬で既に高食べログ評価口コミが80件を超えているんですね。。。 どうやって集めた(集まった)んだろ？すごいね。
日曜日でしたが、若い女性グループやカップルが多かったイメージで賑わっていました。
コンセプトは、ツクネ団子に味トッピングをする創作スタイルを核とした居酒屋さんです。
メニューには見本(サンプル)写真はなく、スマホからオーダするイマドキのシステムです。
一人あたり2フードをオーダしなくてはならないそうです。ツクネは、セットでオーダーした方が安いのですが、単品を頼んでも6個セットも9個セットも一品としてカウントされちゃうので注意。
考えさせられるのでちょい面倒…
〆鯖は普通に美味しい、どこの仕入れだろう？
桜肉はニンニクを効かせると美味です。
いぶりがっこチーズ、、、クラッカーに乗せるオサレなタイプかぁ。。オジサンはイメージちがう。笑
メインのツクネはオサレに映えるのだが、味変トッピングを効かせるためにツクネ本体は薄味に仕上がっており、柔らかい食感なので、ツクネとしては個人差で好みが分かれるかもしれない。

不満点としては、電子タバコを店内OKとしているお店なので、あの匂いがダメな人は無理かもしれません。
