ランチメニュー始めました！
2024年4月オープンの此方のお店、建築中の頃から何ができるのだろうかとチェックしていましたが、お魚をウリにした居酒屋さん、ランチメニューを始めたということで待望の初訪問です。
平日の昼時、12時になったばかりのためか先客は未だ一組、それでも我々の後からどんどんお客さんが入り、かなりの人気ぶりが伺えます。
ランチメニューは全5種類、中には週替りや握り寿司があり、大盛り無料ということもあって、やはり興味をそそります。
お魚がウリなのだから、焼き魚にしようか少し迷いましたが、今日の気分で鶏から揚げ定食 ¥700（税込）を注文です。
そして、なんと5分と経たずに配膳、さては作り置き、⤵揚げたてを期待していたのでちょっと残念、そりゃあまぁ、凄く待たされるよりは良いけどぉ？！
先ずはサラダを平らげて、さっそく大ぶりの鶏から揚げをガブり、おっ、うっ旨っ！
揚げが足りないのか、ちょっと粉っぽさが口に残るのが気になりますが、味の方は中々美味！
ボリュームたっぷり、個人的に並盛りで充分、お腹いっぱいになりました。
次は焼き魚定食でもいただきましょう、美味しい鶏から揚げ定食、ご馳走さまでした！

お魚がウリのお店ですから、初訪の際に気になっていた焼き魚定食、平日の昼時、2度目の訪問、本日のお昼ご飯は此方に決定です。
表に立って客引きをしていたお兄さんに、今日の焼き魚定食の内容を尋ねると、サバの文化干しとのこと、珍しくはないが悪くない。
ということで、店内に入り奥のカウンター席を案内され、即、焼き魚定食を注文します。
待っている間に店内を物色、ふと厨房に目をやると、若いロン毛の男性スタッフさん、昼呑み客のドリンクを作りながら、頭が痒いのか2回バサバサッ、えっ、ウッソぉ～？！そりゃあダメだろうぉ！
まぁともかく、私の定食は何と5分で配膳、作り置き、まぁそりゃあそうだよね？！
サバはそこそこの大きさ、サラダや小鉢も付いて充分な内容。
丁度よい焼き加減、さっそく一口、パクり、うん、文化干しですから脂を閉じ込めた、しっとり肉厚、中々美味しい、ご飯が進みます。
ご飯の大盛りは無料とのことですが、私には丁度よいボリューム、それだけに、あっという間に完食。
コスパは高く、充分美味しかったのですが、衛生面はちょっと心配、注意喚起していただくと幸いです。
