浦和にある老舗鰻店。
昔はよく行ってたが、久しぶりの訪問。
オープン10分前位でかなり並んでいる。
ただ、店内広いためすぐに座れた。
今日は、坂東太郎があるとの事。
入荷次第になるので、今日はついている。
しかも、うな肝焼きもあったので嬉しい。
早く行かないと売り切れる一品。
うな重を待つ間に、うな肝焼きとビールで。
ここのうな肝焼きは本当にうまい。
臭みも嫌な苦味もなく、柔らかく食べれる。
山椒とも相性ばっちりで、ビールが進む。
そうこうしてると、満を持して坂東太郎登場。
お重のふたを開ける瞬間の幸せ。
心なしかうなぎか輝いている。
山椒をいれ、いただく。
ふわふわ、ふっくら食感の鰻で幸せ。
骨なんて全く気にならない。
同行者は通常鰻だったが比較して違いはっきり。
断然、坂東太郎だと感じた。
(もちろん通常鰻も美味しいの前提)
ここのタレは少し甘めでご飯も進む!
日本人に生まれて良かった瞬間。
でもご飯多かったので、お腹かなりいっぱいに。
浦和はたくさん鰻屋あるがここが一番かな。
店舗も数年前に改築して綺麗になったし。
久々だったが、またちょくちょく来たい。
お財布には厳しいが。。。
