以前にも行ったことのあるお気に入りのお店をチョイスです。
魚介メニューと秋田の日本酒の揃えが良いお店です。
刺身盛り合わせ
カラフルで綺麗な盛り合わせです。
日本酒がぐびぐび進みます。
じゅんさい
春はメニューにあると注文します。
チュルチュルッとした食感がたまりません。
白海老の素揚げ
4月は白エビ！
身はプリッと感もあります。
旬物は外れませんね。
山芋のわさび漬け
サクッとした食感と粘り気はお酒に合います。
タイの白子の天ぷら
今回1番お気に入りのメニューでした。
トロトロの白子は天ぷらと相性がよいです。
熱々なので、注意して食べる必要があります笑
有名な新政を始め、お気に入りの山本まで揃っている日本酒のラインナップも良かったです。
ホールの男性スタッフの気遣いが最高にイカしてました。
