ランチに訪問。
天丼と小蕎麦のセットを。
まずは天丼。
タレが濃くなくてサラサラした感じ。
くどくないところがかなりいい。
タレが付いたご飯もいい。
お蕎麦は細めで加水率もちょうどいい表面はツルツルだけどぱっつんで喉越しがいい。
つゆも醤油がきつすぎず美味しい。
全体的に品を感じるお料理でした。
内装も良くて、個室やカウンターもあって、昼じゃなく夜も使えるお店だなと感じました。
