カウンターは、白木です
壁は、珪藻土に、天井は、欅の化粧板ですね
なかなかの風情ですなのに、なぜか、テレビがついていました
また、カウンターでも、喫煙が可です
かなりの愛煙家率です
さて、まず、お出しになったのが、白子豆腐でした
白子豆腐には、市販の普及品であるポン酢をお掛けになりました
既製品の瓶でしたが、まさかと思いましたが、まさか、そのままのものでした
｢なんでやねん｣と突っ込みたくなりました
さて、お任せで、手の入った物を、５貫程握って頂きました
良い意味で、びっくりするレベルですね
中とろから始まり、コハダの浅めの〆
鳥貝なんぞは、殻付きをその場で捌かれました
握りには、煮きりを打たれます
また、温度も含めて、ご飯が好印象です
多少の捨てしゃりもなさいますが、握りは、総じてお見事です
さて、親方は、柳橋の｢美家古｣のご出身と伺いました
ビールや、〆張鶴、梅錦を頂きました

握りで印象に残ったものは、穴子、本みる、金目鯛ですね
干瓢巻きもなかなかでした
先代の女将さんも、楽しい方です
ただ、愛煙家率や、カウンターでも喫煙可なので、多少、足が遠ざかる感が否めません
