株式会社のみもの。さんが運営する「なぜ蕎麦にラー油を入れるのか。」ってお店が
一時期話題になった様な、ならなかった様な記憶がある。
でもそれ以前から蕎麦にラー油入れていたお店が此方（※予想ｗ）。
ちょうど今年で20周年を迎える当店。
KOJI的には超絶なオススメと言うかお気に入り♪
特に肉ラーはそば汁にラー油とニラがたっぷりで
不揃いに切られた蕎麦に良く絡んで最高に旨い！
蕎麦にはたっぷりの豚肉と白胡麻と海苔。
麺の量は、中盛り200g+100円～生めん50gごとに+100円で増量可能。
恐らく大盛り（250g）位なら、ペロリと食べられるんじゃなかろうか。
特大盛りは湯で前で350gなのでここまで来ると普通の男性だと結構厳しいかも(笑)。
後半戦は生卵をポトリと落としてつけ汁をマイルドに味変しても良いでしょうし
そのまま最後までピリ辛で行って蕎麦湯を入れる前に
卵をとじてみても良いでしょう！
その他のお蕎麦も絶品で週1回は行きたくなってしまうお店です。
ただ、ご店主様はワンオペなので時間にある程度の余裕を持って来店してください(-_-;)
