当店はなんと言っても新鮮なお刺身が自慢です。冷凍物は一切ありません。 特に『生の本マグロ』は埼玉ではなかなか貴重なものです。 その他、天ぷら、うどん、旬のもの、家庭料理なども大変おいしいと評判です。 こちらも作り置きは一切しておりません。 注文を受けてからお作りするため少々お時間がかかることもございますが、だからこその自慢のお刺身、お料理です。『市民が選んだ三つ星グルメ』（埼玉新聞社）にも取り上げ
