夫がコロナ禍で持ち帰りで買ってきてくれたこともありますが、ここの、歯応えがある鰻は焼き立てが1番❗
白焼きの生姜とお醤油が絶品です。
ワインは白が2020年。赤が2019年です。コルク栓。

やっぱり、小島屋のウナギが1番！特に白焼き！

　ここのところ、何軒ウナギを失敗したことでしょう。。。小島屋さんに行けば必ず美味しいのはわかっているのですが、何しろ、場所が不便でして。。。

　　本日は「白コース」をお願いしました。美味しい！出来れば、肝焼きもタレじゃないほうが、私は好きなのですが。。。白焼きだけで殆どお腹いっぱいになるわけですが、小鰻タレものも、ご飯とお新香が美味しいからついつい手が伸びます。ただ、それでも、やはり、食べきれないので、持ち帰り、これからお夕飯として食べます。持ち帰り用の容れ物や、ゴム、紙袋も用意してくれますから、全体のコストパフォーマンスを考えるとお得です。

　　国産白ワイン5,000円も辛口スッキリ系で、ホント、今日はベストでした。
