焼鳥が食べたくて立ち寄りました。
お通しの鶏のトマト煮
骨付近にちよっとクセがあるのは国産じゃないんだよーって
聞いたことあったのでしたが もしかしてソレかも。
いきなりのソレかもなので 少しブルー。
ハツ かなりスパイシーなお味に助けられてるようで
もう1本追加～な気分にはならなかったデス。
焼鳥ッキーな気分がどこかに飛んでしまったので
枝豆とか ピリ辛きゅうり 唐揚げなどをたのみつつ
淡い期待を込めて うずら串を注文してみるも
あまからタレがついたのを焼いてあり
白身に弾性が増してかなり微妙で （涙）
すきなものも調理法で変身することを再認識。
むすめっこと ここ来るの2回目だけど
うーん、、、な気がしちゃいました。
