今日の昼時に行ってみました｡
浦和駅周辺は、駅近くの神社の夏祭りで賑わっており・・・
車で行くのは大変かなと思っていたのだが、意外と昼過ぎの時間帯は混んでいなかったですね。
何故浦和に行ったかと言えば、先週注文した眼鏡が出来上がっているので受け取りに行く必要があったからです｡
また、今日は、・・・
夕方から彦根で顧客様との会食があり移動しなければならない状況でもありました｡
眼鏡を受け取ってから即電車に乗ってと考えていたのですが、時間的な余裕が出来たので浦和駅界隈で食べていくことに｡
なるべく早く食べ終えれそうなところ・・・
居酒屋ランチかな～・・・
なんて思い、この店に行くことに｡
祭りの所為なのか店内は結構混んでいました｡
一人だったのでカウンター席に着き、早々に”磯丸4色丼”を大盛で注文。
生海藻味噌汁も注文しました。 全部で税込み\1040なりです。
あまり期待出来ないが、どの様な内容で出来上がってくるのか・・・
近くの方々がビールをがぶ飲みしてるのを尻目に冷たいお茶を飲みながら待つこと・・・
7～8分位か・・・
出来上がってきました。
パッと見は、それなりに美しいかな・・・
目の前でよく見れば、御飯が見えないくらいに綺麗にネタが敷き詰められて入るのだが・・・
そのネタは、芸術的にと言って良いくらい薄切りです｡
やっぱりな～・・・
厚めのネタなんか期待するモノじゃないのか・・・
注文する時までは、割安かな～・・・
なんて思っていたが、出来上がりを見れば・・・
それなりと言うべきか、それなり以下とも言えるかな・・・
やはりこのネタは、店舗でカットではなく・・・
セントラルキッチン等で加工なのか・・・
手切りでこの厚みは、それなりに技量が必要感じもしますね｡
食べてみてですが、御飯は酢飯でそれなりに冷えていました｡
熱対策は十分に出来ていますね｡
とは言え、大盛が有償とは・・・
居酒屋ならばサービスで、・・・
と思いたいところなのだが、・・・
まあ、私の勝手な思いかも知れませんけどね。
大盛効果でそれなりに満腹感は感じたけど・・・
ネタの薄さで物足りなさを感じつつ・・・
PayPayで支払、浦和駅に向かいました｡
