こちらに予約を入れて使う事にした。
jrの浦和駅西口から少し歩いたところにある
個人経営の鰻のお店。
今風のご主人を中心に男性3名で営業している。
ウリは四万十川鰻だ。
生憎の雷雨の中、
開店時刻の5時に1番客での入店。
ボクはカウンター席に腰掛けて
ウリの四万十川ブランドのうな重上5800円税込6380円を注文。
出来上がりまで30分ほどとの事なので、
珍味きも刺し1200円税込1320円も。
待つ事9分で鰻の肝の刺身からの提供。
ボクは初めて頂くきも刺し。
サッと湯通しした肝は弾力があり、
クニュっとしている。
クセが無くて味はあまりしない。
わさび醤油で食感を楽しみながら
頂いた。
1皿6尾分あった。
16分後四万十川ブランドうな重が提供された。
四万十川ブランド鰻は
蓋を開けると立派な鰻の蒲焼が。
大きいので半分重なっている。
四万十川ブランド鰻
日本最後の清流｢四万十川｣河口で採捕されるシラスウナギが、四万十ウナギと呼ばれています。そして、そのシラスウナギを四万十川源流域で、徹底した安全管理のもと、豊富できれいな地下水を使って育てられ、身が柔らかく、ほど良く脂がのっている『安心・安全・おいしい』を追及したものがこの「四万十ウナギ」です。四万十川で捕った稚魚を四万十川の伏流水で育てたうなぎは、身が柔らかく泥臭さもありまん。うなぎへの飼料はすけそうだらと四万十青ノリを練り合わせたもので、抗生物質やホルモン剤は一切使用しておりません。末廣HP
こちらのお店が末廣のものなのかは確認していないけてど、
ご主人からも大体同じような話しがあった。
食べてみると肉厚でふっくら柔らか〜。
四万十川ブランドの特徴でもあるけど
こちらは焼きよりも蒸し重視って感じで焼きは軽め、
その分ふっくら仕上がりなのだと思う。
小骨も柔らかく気にならない。
玉子焼きみたいな柔らかさ〜。
これが特長だ。
反面、皮のパリッと感が無いのが
残念ではある。
タレは甘さ控えめ。
やや薄味の肝吸い、
キュウリとウリのぬか漬けの脇役に
抜かりはない。
気にしないで会計したんだけど、
帰宅後計算したら、メニュー金額＋660円の会計だった。
席料？
お冷やとお茶？
出されなかったけど、お通し料？
レシートが無かったので、
謎だ。
あと他のレビュアーの方も書いてるけど
テーブル席に置かれた串鰻の桶は仕舞わないと。
