出先の浦和で、仕事帰りに酒の飲める鰻屋へ入る。入店前に外観を、と思ったけどうまく撮れず、
明るいうちに店の前を通りがかってたんで備忘に写真を撮っといてよかった。
店は広く、酒はいろんなのがあるが、中でも日本酒が充実していた。
うなぎの串焼きも部位別に1本500円くらいで揃っていたので、日本酒と串焼きで。
関西出身の同僚から白焼きの注文も出て、焼き物で酒を飲むって流れになった。
肝焼きも良かったけど、「正鰻つくね」っていう団子が面白い味。
鰻と鶏正肉をたたいて丸めたツクネなんだそうで、かじった時の風味が独特な感じ。
白焼きは思ったより厚みがあって、塩はチト強めにも感じたが、今の季節でも脂がのってウマい。
キモ刺しが完売だったのは残念だったけど、酒のアテに美味しいウナギを食べることができた。
