This was my first visit through an introduction from someone who always takes care of me. We had the boiled eel appetizer, the vinegared eel and Vinegared dish ``Uzaku'', the standard umaki, the recommended skewers, the liver sashimi, and the eel ju. The recommended skewer is the eel engawa, which is a delicacy or something that is difficult to eat.I was told that one skewer is for 15 eel.
