お醤油をかけてお召し上がりを、との事なので"シュワっ"と軽めにかけてみます。
まずは赤出し味噌汁から。
次にサラダを。
お待ちかねの豚天をモッサリ生姜と共にパクリ！！

サックリ上がった豚天にシャキッとモリモリ生姜。
豚×生姜だものこれは間違いないヤツ。

切干大根の小鉢も上品な味わい。
小さいながらも茶碗蒸しの具材は海老、鶏肉、筍も入ってお出汁も美味。
デザートのコーヒーゼリー。
上にはムースや生クリームも乗って本格的。
ほうじ茶をいただきながら、お食事の余韻を楽しみます。
このクオリティでこの価格。
