時間と手間が生む 浦和名物、老舗の味
店内には奈良漬を中心に各種漬物、佃煮など100種類以上取り揃えており、お土産として詰め合わせができます。また奈良漬に関しては樽からの量り売りも行っています。（瓜・胡瓜・茄子・生姜）
契約する酒造会社の酒粕をブレンドした秘伝の酒粕を使用し、人工添加物を一切使用せず「酒粕」「砂糖」「塩」のみで全て手作業で漬けた自然発酵食品です。
刻み奈良漬等も全て手作業で切っております。
