北浦和初上陸
忘年会シーズンですが、開店直後で入れてよかった。
最初に驚いたのはセリしゃぶがあること。
最近は仙台のいろいろな店でも置くようになってきましたが、ちょっと前までは今風のお店では置いてなかったくらいなのに。
セリ鍋大好きなので、すごくよかったです。
店長が、仙台で少しの間働いてたとのこと。
なので、日本酒も東北のものが多くおいてありました。
萩の鶴の飲み比べは初めてしました。
精米歩合まで同じで火入れの時間等工程がことなるだけのもの。
味が違いすぎて驚きました。
日本酒はそのほかおいしいものもおおく、とてもよかったです。特別純米 貴が特によかった。
あん肝の煮たものもとてもよかった。椎茸はでかかったです。
また行きたい
