Our restaurant just opened on April 15th this year. One of our selling points is roast chicken! To grill this roast chicken, we manufactured a custom grill overseas, the only one of its kind in the wo
...rld, with a size and performance that matches the meat. We insisted on charcoal grilling to bring out the flavor of the sauce. In order to recreate the authentic Singaporean taste of chicken curry and chicken rice, we tasted them many times in Singapore and sourced spices locally. We have a unique flavor. We also put a little effort into the flavor of the rice and soup that accompanies the chicken rice. Our Turkish-style homemade naan is popular with our curry. Our dessert Sweets also incorporate ingredients that are not available in Japan and are popular for their mysterious texture. Roast chicken, chicken curry, and naan are available takeaway! Many people take them home. Because we are particular about the taste, it takes some time to serve, so we recommend it for those who want to eat slowly. We are also working on new menu items.
