以前ここにあった『畑の鍵』が13時前にランチを終了させるようになってから、足が遠のいていました。久しぶりに前を通ると店が変わっていました。3月に居抜きで開店したようです。
ランチは三択。パスタ単品・パスタのコース・それに肉料理（リブロースのグリル）を加えたコース。
３つめの\2000のコースとスパークリングワインを。スパークリングワインが冷えていないというのは珍しいでしょう。前菜は3品盛り合わせで、メニューに例としてあげられているものと同じです。ということは、いつも同じ物が出てくるのでしょう。パスタの食感がアルデンテになり損なった、と言うとけなしているように聞こえるでしょうが、楽しめました。全体的にどれも味は普通においしいレベルです。
厨房からフロアまで男性一人でこなしていたようですが、すいていたので無理はないようでした。
さてここは北浦和。大宮でも浦和でもありません。つまり、地元民をリピーターとして囲い込む必要があります。毎週来てもいいなという人に月に一回来て貰う、という感じでしょう。それには、メニューに変化が必要ですし、質ももう少し格別感がなければ難しいでしょう。
この場所はこの店で3軒目です。前の2軒は行きつけの店にしたのですが（前述の様に2軒目はやがて外しましたが）、ここはこのままではそうはなりそうにありません。このコメントが経営者の目に触れて営業方針に変化が生まれることを期待します。
