よくここに飲みに来る友人と来店しました。
平日の比較的早い時間でしたが、すでに席は半分以上埋まっていて驚き！
まず肉味噌きゅうり、キャベツ、ピーマンの盛り合わせ、セロリの浅漬けを注文！
肉味噌×野菜って間違いなく美味しいですよね。こちらのお野菜はシャキシャキ新鮮で、肉味噌も旨みがあって美味しいです。
セロリの浅漬けはさっぱり！箸休めにちょうど良い逸品です。
次に、野菜串、
エリンギ、ネギ、ナス、
さらにねぎまを注文。
これがちょっと驚くほど美味しかった！！
結構時間がかかるな〜と思ってたんですが、じっくり炭火で焼いてくれるんですね。
お野菜はその素材がしっかり活かされていて、ちょうどよい火入れ。
ねぎまもお肉がパリッと焼かれていて、それでいてジューシーで本当に美味しかった。
辛味噌？のようなものがまた味変にグッド。
最後に梅のお茶漬けを注文。
大きな梅にネギ、胡麻の薬味！
締めはやはりお茶漬けですね。この大きな梅がいい味を出していて、さっぱり大満足でした。
関係ありませんが、店内のBGMが懐メロで（笑）、平成生まれ的にはテンションがあがりました。（笑）
店員さんも明るくて、テキパキと動いていて、
この日は忙しかったと思いますが終始親切で、最近の居酒屋では珍しいなと思いました。とても素敵なお店です。
