大喜利
北浦和駅東口ロータリーの浦和側、やるき茶屋のあとにできたホルモン焼きの酒場。
初日から数週間オープンセールということもあり入ってみました。
座敷席をほぼ撤去してテーブル席を増やしたワンフロア、一角だけ昭和なお茶の間が用意されていました。
先客は17時30分時点で既に半分ぐらい。
お店にはフロアに数名のスタッフがおり、明るく、初日とは思えない円滑な対応で安心です。
ホルモン焼きは調理場で焼かれて出されますので、煙たくありません。
ミックス焼き、おすすめレバー焼き、ガツ刺しをお願いしました。
焼いた香りが良くて、盛りもたっぷり。
レバーのタレも美味しかったです。
ステンレスプレートに添えられた辛味噌と和辛子。
これを見て何も感じないのは北浦和のモグリです笑。(ヒント○新)
ホッピーを頼んだら、なんと大ジョッキ汗。
しかも中は客の指定だけ注いでくれる。
1発で足に来ましたわ。
なかなかおもろいお店が出来ました。
ホルモン焼き、激戦区になってきました。
