We are particular about domestic production and strictly control the temperature during transportation, so you can enjoy the freshness, rich flavor, and exquisite elasticity.

The biggest feature of our ``Yakiton'' is the way it is grilled! Our goal is to serve extremely fresh ingredients Grilled skewer on a grid rather than skewered. Maintains freshness by minimizing the number of times the meat is touched. Furthermore, since it is grilled all at once over charcoal, the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy. It locks in the flavor.

When you enter the store, you will be greeted by a retro space with tatami seats, black telephones, and chest of drawers that will make you feel like you have traveled back in time to the 1950s. Particularly popular are the chabudai seats, which are equipped with a CRT TV, similar to a Showa-era tea room.

For drinks, we have a selection of ``sake that will make you enjoy delicious yakiton even more.''
