日曜日の昼です。さいたま市桜区の西乃原さんの手打ちそばをいたどきました。今月の変わり蕎麦は、赤しそのお蕎麦でした。迷いましたが、注文は、天もり1,700円にしました。
相変わらず、美味しいお蕎麦です。喉越し、腰が絶妙です。天麩羅は大きめの海老天2本、ししとう、さつまいも、茄子と、どれもからりとあがっていてこれまた美味しかったです。このお店は、いつ行っても客足絶えません。
