浦和駅の東口、ロータリーの北側ファミリーマートの2階にオープンした資本系の海鮮居酒屋さん。
「神経締め」「釣魚」「提携の民宿から仕入れた地魚」という魚好きにはたまらない気になるワードが看板やホームページに出ており気になっていました。
なにせ浦和は海無し県埼玉の県庁所在地。そこで新鮮などこかの地魚(どこでもいいです！)が食べられるということで開店まもなく行ってみました。
平日夜20時半過ぎ、広い店内に先客は6割ほど。まだ入れました。
お店には数人のスタッフがおり、親切で安心です。
目玉の神経締め刺し身は本日はカンパチ。日によって異なるようです。これが600円ほど。
その他地魚、釣魚、定番刺し身、一品などが並んでおり、お付き合いの魚苦手の方向けにホルモンや煮込みなどの肉系もありました。
カンパチ、クログチ、タルミをお願いしました。
いずれも600円前後で、分厚いのが4切れ。
特に神経締めのカンパチは「お早くお食べください」とのこと。
早速いただくと、魚とは思えないコリコリした身の締り。
脂っこさもまったくなく、誠に品のいい上質な白身。絶品です。
クログチ。グチとはイシモチのことで、僕は最も好きな魚です。
その刺し身はピンク色でふくよかな旨味が強く、ふっくらした食感も分厚い切り方でよく活かされています。絶品です。
タルミ。ヨコスジフエダイのことで、こちらはタイに似せた薄めの刺し身。
舌の上に乗せると不思議と肌に同化するようなしっとり感があり、甘み、旨味が口の中に広がります。
官能的な食感に驚きました。
リーズナブルに極上の刺し身。
魚の勉強にもなります。
また楽しみにしたいと思います。
