「魚盛」に新しい店ができたなと利用後にあれこれ調べると、22年8月開店に同一会社によるリニューアルだったことが分かりました。
土日は昼も営業とのことで、土曜日13時過ぎに一人で訪問しました。ランチなどやらず、昼呑み一本槍の体制です。
魚盛同様のチープな内装に一瞬ビビリました。こんな所で一人で呑むのかと。いざ席に座ってみると、広い店内に客はちょぼちょぼという状況のせいか、リラックスして過ごせました。（魚盛を利用したのは8年前なので何も覚えていなかったという反応です）。
サワー等が激安らしいですが、私は生ビールを2つ。まず枝豆。冷凍ではなく、湯で置き(冷蔵)です。店内を見渡すと、冷蔵庫の扉に8つの品名が書かれています。そこにこの手の物が皿に盛られて出番を待っているのでしょう。避けた方が良さそうです。入口の外には盛り合せがあるような掲示でしたがメニューに見当たらないので、刺身単品を2種。新鮮さを重視しているようです。まあ、悪くないと思います。ツマとしてダイコン千切り・大葉・（片方に）ワカメ が添えられているので、刺身ばかりの注文でも良いのかもしれません。私としては、何か変化を付けたいですけど。
二人で来て倍の種類を頼んだほうが楽しいんだろうなあ。
