Tonight, on Friday of the weekend, I felt like relaxing for some reason, so I went to Urawa for the first time in a while and was walking around the city at night.I found out about [Danbo Ayaya] after Tabelog. It will open on July 1, 2022, but it is about a 7-minute walk from the north exit of Urawa Station. (Near Royal Pines Hotel Urawa) The shop is closed on (Tuesday) and (Wednesday), and is open from 18:00 to 22:00 on other days. When you enter the shop at 18:00, there are only 7 seats at the L-shaped counter inside. Also, the store building itself seems to be newly built, so the inside of the store is very clean. The staff is a calm young proprietress (although she looks like a meh-ha) and a young part-time worker, and when I asked her about the store's opening, she said it had opened in July of this year. The first thing I ordered was the tea mix ¥660 (tax included) *It tasted like earl gray and black beans and was recommended by the owner (the young proprietress) and was delicious. Then, a ¥660 appetizer (tax included) is delivered, which comes with a seat fee, miso soup, and pickles. What surprised me was that this miso soup was very delicious. When I asked the owner of the restaurant, he said that the soup is fermented in-house and the soup stock is well made. Indeed, the moment you put it in your mouth, the faintly sweet and hearty flavor permeates through your mouth, making it extremely delicious. In addition to that, I received 4 obanzai dishes for ¥1,100 (tax included): ① Potato salad ② Namul ③ Touban ④ Spinach ohitashi. Among them, the potato salad was especially delicious because it uses tuna and gari, and the sweetness of the potato has the texture and taste of small gari that you can't see at first glance. At the end, enjoy a hot cup of Japanese sake, and enjoy a relaxing evening drink just like you would in the store. I found a relaxing restaurant. I will come again.
