着いたら、
カウンターは満席！！
さすが人気のお店です。
まず、お店に入ると、
ここは浦和でしょうか？
って感じるぐらい雰囲気が良いです。
今年できたばかりのお店なので
すごく綺麗でデートにピッタリ！
店内はカップルはもちろん、
ファミリーや同性同士、
おひとりさまもいらっしゃてたので

1地鶏のスープ
2地鶏のエクレア2種
→中のリエットや生クリームのソースが
美味しくて、この辺りからワインを
飲んでいるお客様が多いかも！
3レモングラス風味の藁焼き
→提供前に瞬間燻製しているので
蓋を開けた時のふわっと香ります。
大人の茶碗蒸しで美味しい。
4 164 3上ルのポトフ
→鰹節ではなく、鳥節入り！
もちろん目の前で削ってくれます。
京焼のお椀もステキでした。
5函館、小西鮮魚店からのお魚
→今回のお料理の中で
こちらが1番好きでした。
タラの白子のフリットや鰤が
冬の訪れを感じさせ、
濃厚な和風のブイヤベースと絡まって
ぜひ食べてみていただきたいお料理です。
6地鶏の品をいくつか
→タコス。
塩釜で焼いた鶏肉を使ってるので
しっとりした食感でした。
→カラスミをたっぷりかけたせせり。
→軟骨の代わりに
カシューナッツ、ピーカンナッツを
混ぜこんだつくね。
なんでオシャレなつくねなんだろうか。
7福島、大竹さんの野菜と地鶏のムース
→ほうれん草、かぶ、しいたけの
野菜の甘みを感じました。
8本日の主菜、パートフィロ
→パイ生地が巻いてあって
上にたっぷり松茸がうれしい！
9串でお出しするもう二品
→砂肝
→ねぎま
10福井いちほまれ
→ごはんはもちろんのこと
付け合わせがとっても豪華！
11本日のシャーベット
→洋梨のシャーベット、キャラメルソース
12季節のデザートとハーブティー
→レモングラスと煎茶の組み合わせで
とっても落ち着いてしまい、
最後までまったり味わいました。
