Since it opened in May 2023, the reviewers I've been using as reference have been posting reviews one after another, so I was really curious about it. I was bothered by the fact that it was located in Urawa, and I had no familiarity with the area, so I invited my reviewer drinking friend who lives in Saitama prefecture to go there! Thank you very much, Akira-senpai (^^)/ So this is my long-awaited first visit. The first station I got off at was Urawa, which is not as big as Omiya, but it's a big station with everything you need. I had an hour before my 6pm reservation, so Akira-senpai checked out a Standing bar bar for the 0th party, and we had a quick drink there. After all, there's a lot of all-you-can-drink waiting for us, so it's really cool! ( ̄- ̄)ゞ When I was leaving the Standing bar, I was asked, ``Where are you going now?'' When I told them the name of the bar, everyone said, ``Ah, that's a nice bar.'' When he sent me off, my expectations rose even more. The shop is located on the third floor of a building on the corner of a busy street. It's still a new store, so it's a very clean and beautiful store. Our visit was in January, but since we had made the reservation in November, there were still some private rooms available, so we reserved a private room. A very spacious and beautiful room. It's a luxury for two people to use this place! ! And it's great that there's no charge for a private room. I thought it would be nice to have a counter, but I was able to take photos without worrying about people around me, so I think a private room was the right choice◎ As I settled into my seat, I looked at the menu and my expectations grew. Then I got really excited when I saw the all-you-can-drink menu. In terms of beer, in addition to Kirin Ichiban Shibori, we also have 3 types of craft beer, 9 types of local sake, 8 types of shochu, red and white wine, and even champagne. And there are 14 types of whisky. It even included Ichiro's malt! ! ! In addition to the food, the all-you-can-drink experience was really appealing, and I wanted to come with someone who likes and can drink alcohol to enjoy it! So, there is no shortage of people for today's party (lol). I have already declared, "I'm going to drink today!" Before the course started, the head chef came to our private room to greet us. This course is 15,950 yen and includes the above all-you-can-drink option. It's not cheap by any means, so I'd like to enjoy the food and drinks to the fullest! ! By the way, the price is currently 18,150 yen (>_<) First, let's toast with a rare craft beer! ! I had the ``Sansho Golden Ale,'' and Akira-senpai had the ``Tokyo Rococo White.''・.Free-range chicken soup First of all, it's nice to have a warm soup as a first dish. A clear soup of Satsuma black swan with a nice aroma of chicken oil. There were chicken wontons inside. The soup has a very light taste. I'm using a container for fin sake, so I guess I can enjoy the aroma.・.Homemade local chicken ham cutlet There was a chicken ham cutlet, foie gras mousse, and kumquat sauce on top of French bread, and I was told to take it with my hands and take a bite, but it was difficult to eat, so I just ate the ham cutlet. . Both the ham and foie gras are odorless and delicious. It is even more delicious when combined with kumquat sauce.・.Steamed local Sushi made in a yuzu kiln. There was free range chicken terrine inside a hollowed-out yuzu fruit, and crab Sushi underneath. The scent of yuzu is very nice. If you squeeze the lid, a lot of juice will still come out. It is very tasty. It's very rare that Akira senpai drinks sake! I'm a fan of sauces when it comes to Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), so I'm glad that the sauce came out at the end, as the salt lasted all this time.At this point, I finally got my fill of Ichiro's malt with soda. I'm not usually very good at whiskey other than ``Kaku'', but I took a sip of this and said, ``...it's delicious!!'' It was the first time in a long time that I was impressed with alcohol. So, I had another glass of this (*^O^*) It had a good aroma without the typical whisky-like taste, and the fruitiness and faint barrel aroma really suited my palate, so I kept drinking more. . I regret it (ToT) I was so impressed after drinking Ichiro's Malt that my memory is almost complete at this point, so I'll end my impressions of the food here. sorry. . (^_^;) Now I'll try to describe it based on the photos.・Ichihomare, Fukui Prefecture Freshly cooked rice is served to each table in a clay pot. It is a very sweet rice. It came with a Saitama Prefecture brand egg called ``Top Run,'' a bite of curry, and rice dishes such as minced meat and shinko. At this point, I learned that there was nigori sake on the sake menu, so I asked for ``Hero''. While we were having a leisurely meal and talking about how delicious Ichiro's Malt was, the shop owner told me that Togouchi was also recommended for whisky. Since I was lucky enough to have it, I got it with a soda discount. And finally, last order of alcohol. What will you drink at the end? ? People with the same reservation time start and proceed at the same time, so it is not possible to make individual adjustments. However, there are many wonderful Creative Cuisine. Almost everything uses chicken, but there are so many variations that I never get tired of it and it's very delicious. And this may be the first time I've experienced such a powerful all-you-can-drink experience. It was so much fun! Also, it was great to spend time in a very calm and spacious private room. As expected, I had already drunk as much alcohol as I could, so I didn't go to a second restaurant. After disbanding in Urawa, I was supposed to get off at Ikebukuro, but I ended up getting off at Tokyo Station! ? However, we broke up early, so we headed home safely. . After that, I got a call from Akira-senpai, and he said, ``Eh!! Eh?! There's no point in drinking in Urawa!!'' It seems like things have gone so far (lol) I'm so sorry. . .
