横長のカウンターの奥に、オープンキッチンがあり、中央に炭火焼きの炉が見えます。
キッチンで全体の指揮をとる方(オーナー店長？)は、都内炉端焼き店で店長を勤められていたという方。
キッチン3名、ホール2名のスタッフでオペレーションされていました。
