The carefully selected sushi rice is made using Sasanishiki mushrooms from Miyagi Prefecture, and is made with a blend of two types of red vinegar and two types of white vinegar, making it perfect for any type of fish. The harmony with the seasonal fish purchased directly from Toyosu Market is truly a blissful moment. The Sushi toppings change depending on what is purchased, and lunch is served in 10 pieces, while dinner is selection in 13 pieces. In addition, we also have rose flyers available for lunch. Please enjoy it to your heart's content.
