Dining Bar ONE is located a short walk from the east exit of Iwatsuki Station on the Tobu Urban Park Line in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. I visited Dining Bar ONE for lunch for the first time on Friday, October 20, 2023. This is a popular Italian Cuisine in Iwatsuki. The structure of the shop is compact, with counter seats and table seats. The customer base was a wide range of men and women of all ages, but the majority were women. Rhythmic Western music was playing inside the store. When I took a seat at the counter, I was given a towel and cold herbal water. The refreshing feeling of herbal water is good. The friendly customer service from the staff was also good. I ate cold pasta from the lunch menu. It comes with soup, salad, and drink for 1,200 yen including tax. For my drink, I chose iced coffee. The salad was mizuna with Caesar dressing. The soup is an onion soup with good salt and plum flavor, and the onions are creamy and sweet. The ingredients for the cold pasta are bacon and tomatoes. The pasta was boiled al dente and had a very smooth surface, and the olive oil gave it a nice cooling texture. The tomatoes are cut into chunks and have a fresh, sweet taste, and the bacon has a nice seasoning and smoked aroma and is full of flavor. The iced coffee after the meal was fragrant and flavorful, with a refreshing aftertaste. Delicious.
