This is a restaurant that serves grouper dishes. Apparently it is written in kanji as 九絵 and if you eat it, your dreams of nine will come true! ? I went without a reservation, so it took a while for the food to be served, but the first bamboo shoots of the season, grilled with the skin, were a delicious accompaniment to Steak. The bamboo shoots and mochi pizza was also delicious. There was also fresh Seafood available, such as live ark shells, live pineapples, and katsu shrimp, but since I had Sushi for lunch, I chose horse sashimi and 九絵 for the live fish. The draft beer was a special brand called Shirohonoka from Sapporo. It was a delicious beer with a very refreshing aroma and fine bubbles. I had two glasses of that and two glasses of Blood Orange Hyoketsu Sour.
